The catskills.
I went to a Cinco de Mayo BBQ at my friend Dani's house. I pretty much ignored my diet because I ate a cheesburger and brownies. But I have been having a brownie fetish for the past week so of course I had to On the way home I felt like taking some pictures of the catskill mountains I live in.







I had to throw in a picture of my truck because I love it.

Wow, thank you! It is a boring place to live though. A lot of the time I don't even realize I am surronded by the mountains. You get so used to it.

I totally know what you mean. I was lived in Maine for the first 28 years of my life, and I never appreciated it. Once I left, I realized what everyone else liked about it so much :)

I love your truck, too.

The only thing that makes the drive to Vermont worth it is the Catskills and the Adirondacks.

I love that picture of you. It looks like a professionally done picture.

And that's funny, because the book I'm currently reading is kind of a murder mystery (I'm only about half done) but it takes place in the Catskills :P Now I have some visuals!!

It's called "Someone To Watch Over Me," by Judith McNaught. I guess it's more of a suspense. The characters are actually from New York City, but own a cottage in the Catskills somewhere where the husband is murdered. I don't know about city, just mountains :P

Beautiful pics, reminds me of the hills in So Cal other than the bare trees though... also a very pretty sunset, not nearly as pretty as you are though. Damn, I told myself that I wasn't going to flirt anymore. As with diets, it's OK to cheat once a week, Saturday is my cheat day but then it's back to the diet. Maybe I should have a cheat flirt day, yeah yeah, that's it.
